Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of collections, styles, fabrics, colors, and possible customizations.
• Guiding brides through their dress selection with friendly, thoughtful feedback.
• Maintain expert-level product and fit knowledge, measure brides, and suggest correct sizing.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and close sales.
• Model professionalism, warmth, and brand standards on the floor.
• Style brides from head to toe, including accessories.
• Communicate applicable monthly promotions.
• Process dresses after appointments and maintain showroom standards.
