Luv Bridal in Los Angeles is seeking a Bridal Stylist to provide personalized appointments, guiding brides through gowns and accessories to express their vision. You’ll build relationships with brides and guests, support showroom operations, and help meet sales goals with a positive, team-driven approach.

The role requires enthusiasm for weddings, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. Prior bridal experience is a plus but not required, as attitude and energy matter most.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or retail sales (bridal or fashion preferred)
• Passion for weddings, styling, and creating special moments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in sales and the ability to meet goals
• Ability to work weekends and holidays (required)
• Team-player mentality with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Emotionally aware, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one appointments tailored to each bride’s vision, style, and personality
• Creating an exceptional experience from the moment a bride walks through the door
• Recommending gowns and accessories based on the bride’s style, budget, and timeline
• Building strong relationships with brides, their guests, and fellow team members
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
• Supporting daily showroom operations including cleaning, merchandising, and restocking gowns/accessories
• Handling emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
