David’s Bridal is seeking a Part-Time Stylist in Scottsdale to deliver a friendly, empathetic shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will guide customers through fittings, promote alterations, and maintain a polished store presentation.

Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, using POS/iPad tools to support the experience, and coordinating appointments with Alterations to drive conversions while upholding store

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
Prior experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and provide 5-Star service.
Manage customer flow using POS and iPad tools to assist shoppers.
Attend to multiple customers, address questions, and promote alterations and services.
Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms.
Meet sales targets and convert to Alterations appointments when appropriate.
Follow store policies, maintain visual standards, and participate in merchandising tasks.
