White Wisteria Bridal and Ivory Vine Bridal Rack in Cincinnati is seeking a Bridal Stylist who loves connecting with people and guiding brides through one of life’s happiest purchases.

No bridal experience is required; we’ll teach gowns, designers, fabrics, fit, and styling. Saturdays and Sundays are a must; both full and part-time options are available. If you’re emotionally intelligent and enjoy helping clients make confident decisions, you’ll thrive in our supportive team.

Qualifications

• No bridal experience required; we’ll teach gowns, designers, fabrics, fit, and styling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; thrives talking with people and making guests feel comfortable.
• Emotionally intelligent, curious, and able to read the room to guide conversations.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays; able to manage a busy boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with brides and their guests.
• Learn each bride’s vision, budget, and priorities.
• Curate gowns and options that fit her style and comfort level.
• Guide brides through emotional decisions with confidence and care.
• Handle concerns respectfully and move conversations toward a positive yes.
• Keep appointments organized, energetic, and memorable.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional boutique experience.
