Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking a part-time Stylist to deliver a friendly, empathetic shopping experience and achieve sales goals. You will engage with customers, manage appointments, and coordinate with Alterations Specialists to tailor gowns and dresses.

The role emphasizes presenting the brand’s loyalty programs and providing guidance throughout the customer journey. The position requires high school completion, retail experience preferred, and the ability to maintain a professional appearance

Qualifications

• Provide 5-Star Customer Service to all customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity using selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage customer flow with POS system and iPad tools to deliver a great experience.
• Address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when needed.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing customer profiles and preferences.
• Promote alterations services and personalizations with the Alterations team.
