Luxe Redux Bridal, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Bridal Stylist to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for brides-to-be. You will guide gown selections, maintain knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations, and help clients feel confident and celebrated.

This role requires excellent customer service, strong sales, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with additional weekday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Full-shift availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must have reliable transportation and report to the office by scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guide brides through gown selections with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain expert knowledge of designers, fabrics, fits, and alterations.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through upselling and relationships.
• Manage appointments and client communications effectively.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique cleanliness.
• Process transactions and assist with inventory management.
• Represent the brand with integrity and positivity in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
