Job summary

David’s Bridal is hiring a part-time Stylist in Charlotte, NC to welcome customers with energy, guide gown selections, and provide a memorable shopping experience. You will support sales goals, coordinate fittings, and partner with alterations to ensure the perfect dress for each event.

Candidate should deliver friendly, empathetic service, manage appointments, and maintain clean, organized displays while using store systems for transactions and customer follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm in person and on the phone.
• Research customer preferences using iPad tools to guide fittings and recommendations.
• Provide 5-Star Customer Service and help meet sales goals.
• Prepare for appointments by reviewing profiles and organizing fitting rooms.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options in partnership with alterations specialists.
• Maintain store standards and accurately process transactions at the POS.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and re-engage customers for future events.
