Responsibilities

• Support escalated clients by finding solutions.
• Verify documents and contracts for accuracy.
• Document fittings with photos and written communications.
• Plan and organize appointments to ensure efficiency.
• Manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Advise on future staffing needs.
• Schedule recommendations for team workload.
• Mentor team to provide high service levels.
• Communicate with Alterations Specialist for accuracy.
• Schedule future alteration appointments.
• Perform pressing, steaming, and spot-cleaning garments.
• Use guide to verify alterations quality.
