Job summary

Wood is seeking a skilled bricklayer to join our field team in the United States. You will interpret plans, determine required materials, and calculate vertical and horizontal alignments to ensure accurate masonry work.

You will lay bricks with mortar, fasten bricks with clamps or cement, and work safely on scaffolds and swing stages at various heights, using standard tools to perform basic construction tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience on a construction site.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan work and select proper tools.
• Compare and see differences in the size, shape and form of lines, figures and objects.
• Visualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings. Make decisions based on measurable criteria.
