The LEGO Group is seeking a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to deliver inspirational retail experiences in our Bethesda, MD store. This part-time role focuses on greeting guests, processing transactions, and maintaining engaging displays while upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards.

You will work with the team to provide friendly service, handle stockroom duties, and ensure safety and stock levels. Availability for weekends and varied hours is required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits

Qualifications

• Comfort with handling merchandise and operating the register system.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an inspiring LEGO shopping experience; handle all cash and register tasks (80%).
• Maintain clean, visually appealing displays and learn visual standards (10%).
• Assist with stockroom duties and safety compliance, including receiving merchandise and shortages awareness (10%).
