Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm drink orders, and input them into the POS.
• Handle payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Serve with urgency and courtesy to each customer.
• Build friendly connections with customers daily.
• Know menu offerings and suggest items as appropriate.
• Dress appropriately for position and maintain cleanliness.
• Know shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores.
• Clock in on time for shift.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain a safe, sanitized work area.
