Job summary

7 Brew is hiring Brewistas to join our fast-paced drive-thru team. You’ll prepare drinks, take orders, and help customers feel welcomed with warmth.

You’ll clock in on shift, stay productive, and build connections through genuine interactions. We offer flexible schedules, great pay, and tips in a friendly, fast-changing coffee environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to create friendly, uplifting interactions.
• Able to work with hot liquids, dairy, and premixes safely.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Confirm drink orders with customers and enter them into the POS system.
• Collect payments and give correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to match customer timing.
• Stay productive and proactive during shifts.
• Build personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and positive body language.
• Know the menu and customizations to suggest and ensure correct orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Can converse with customers to confirm their drink orders, and correctly keys them into our point-of-sale system
• Can collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to the customer
• Can prepare all drinks and premixes
• Must always move with urgency, on the customers time
• Stays productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow
• Makes personal connections with customers every day through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and open and positive body language
• Knows our menu and drink customizations inside and out; notices if a customer may not be ordering what they truly want and will be able to help the customer identify and correctly order their desired drink, offers suggestions and recommendations when appropriate
• Brings their best self to work every day (good hygiene, plenty of sleep, clean clothes, kept hair/makeup). Dresses appropriately for their assigned positions
• Is familiar with our shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores.
• Always clocked in and ready to work at their assigned position when their shift begins
• Treats teammates and customers with respect and kindness
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
• Can work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
• Can work outside for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions.
• Can lift up to 50lbs
• Can work on their feet for hours at a time
• Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder
• Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand
• Can safely walk in between and around cars in the drive thru line
• Can safely use a utility knife
