Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, and multi-tab workbooks.
• Demonstrated ERP experience and quick learning for mid-market systems.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Process distributor sales orders in ERP and maintain them.
• Monitor open orders, aged orders, short ships, and resolve exceptions.
• Invoice shipped orders with correct pricing and terms.
• Publish sales orders and transfers to the shared warehouse calendar.
• Build outbound loads and manage contract production orders.
• Process distributor EFTs and reconcile with accounts receivable.
• Own make-to-order production and scheduling from demand to delivery.
• Maintain inventory and excise-related records for audits.
• Prepare and file federal/state excise returns and maintain filing calendars.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly leadership reports and ad hoc analytics.
