Job summary

Anheuser-Busch invites students to apply for our Brewery & Manufacturing Operations Internship. This 10-week program offers exposure to brewing, packaging, tech ops, or corporate projects across multiple U.S. locations, including Windsor, CO.

Interns gain hands-on experience and work on real projects alongside experienced mentors. We seek curious, ambitious students with a 3.0+ GPA in any major, a willingness to rotate across functions, and flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Current university student with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Engineering or Science background preferred; all majors accepted.
• Geographical & functional mobility – open to experiencing different locations across the U.S.
• Breweries operate 24/7; flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to walk elevated catwalks and stairs; stand long periods; work in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to leverage data to provide solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in prior work or activities.
• Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above expectations.
• Collaborative, active listener, open to diverse input and inclusive environment.
• Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• No visa sponsorship for F-1 visa holders.

Responsibilities

• Bring your authentic self to work daily; lead with humility and drive top performance.
• You will be assigned projects that report to senior leaders.
• Use Lean Manufacturing techniques to accomplish tasks.
• Shift work may be required to understand full project scope.
• Train and gain full understanding of project focus.
• Build relationships with operators and technicians.
• Development opportunities to boost skillset and leadership potential.
• Present final project results to Supply leadership on completion.
