Anheuser-Busch is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our high-speed manufacturing team. You will work either autonomously or in teams to ensure equipment reliability and process improvements across shifts, including midnights and afternoons.
You will service and troubleshoot complex brewing equipment, PLCs, and drive systems, while adhering to SOPs and safety standards. Experience with 480V systems and a proactive approach to maintenance is preferred.

$38.87/hr first 60 days
$39.57/hr after 60 days
OT rate of 1.5x on Saturday, 2.0x rate on Sundays/holidays
Midnights 11PM-7AM or Afternoons 3PM-11PM. Weekends and holidays required

Alongside our production teams, our Maintenance Technicians work in a team or autonomously to continuously improve our equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing environment. They are the key in guaranteeing the quality is where it needs to be: the very best.Our Maintenance Technicians help drive plant goals & objectives through individually led projects and continuous improvement activities.
High School Diploma or GED required.
3+ years industrial electrical/programming experience or two-year technical degree preferred
Knowledge/experience with process controls, instrumentation, and calibration
Knowledge of controllers including hydraulics and pneumatics
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience required.
Knowledge of variable frequency drives, servo motors, and motor control systems up to 480 volts required.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies.
Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency and Computer Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred
