Job summary

Anheuser-Busch InBev NV is seeking a Groundskeeper at our Fort Collins brewery to maintain landscaped areas, irrigation systems, and outdoor equipment. The role includes seasonal snow removal and site upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities include operating landscape equipment, applying pesticides, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with the team to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and climates.

Responsibilities

• Perform all irrigation operations, starting/stopping pumps and repairing pipelines.
• Safely operate landscape equipment (weed whacker, mowers, leaf blowers, UTVs, skid steer).
• Mix/apply pesticides to grounds to control weeds/grasses.
• Perform all snow removal activities and hand shoveling.
• Clean up trash around the brewery and parking areas.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Communicate effectively with teammates.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and sanitation practices.

Skills

Interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with mobile equipment

Valid driver’s license

Ability to obtain pesticide applicator

Ability to obtain CDL
