Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Anchorage Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
• At least 6 months of cashier experience.
• At least 6 months of related food service experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Input sales into POS systems.
• Maintain and refresh product levels in work areas.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Report quality or quantity issues to supervisor.
• Assist customers with information, orders and recommendations.
• Count cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Prepare food and cook entrees.
• Participate in periodic large cleaning projects.
• This role does not supervise staff.
• Other duties as needed to support the department.
