WellStar Health System is seeking a Breast Sonographer PRN to perform high-quality imaging and provide a compassionate patient experience in a day shift schedule.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible candidates, with 25-30 hours weekly and 8:00am–4:30pm Mon-Thur, 8:00am–3:00pm Friday. PRN status supports flexible availability within WellStar Medical Group.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Graduate of an accredited Sonography Program is required.
• Successful completion of a Sonography Training Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies procedure orders and patient identity.
• Obtains clinical history and assesses contraindications.
• Operates ultrasound equipment and ensures image quality.
• Maintains patient privacy and comfort.
• Assists with routine procedural and safety standards.
