Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound scanning equipment to produce records for infants to geriatric patients.
• Performs breast ultrasound exams and vascular assessments as indicated.
• Selects proper technical factors and positions patient.
• Explains procedure and ensures accurate imaging and documentation.
• Ensures safety and reports equipment malfunctions per policy.
• Assists in training personnel and enters patient charges into the system.
