Women’s Imaging Specialists LLC in Gainesville, GA is seeking a full-time Diagnostic Medical Sonographer specialized in breast ultrasound. Daytime, M-F schedule with no weekends, holidays, or nights.

Join a team dedicated to women’s imaging, biopsies, and early detection in a patient-focused setting. You will perform routine and diagnostic breast ultrasounds, document patient history, explain procedures with compassion, and assist with biopsies, while ensuring image quality and radiologist

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sonography experience, with breast ultrasound preferred
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound program is required
• Current RDMS BR preferred; AB or OB accepted
• State license if applicable + BLS/CPR

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and diagnostic breast ultrasound exams following radiologist protocols
• Obtain complete patient history and document in RIS/PACS
• Explain procedures with compassion to reduce anxiety
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided breast biopsies and procedures
• Ensure technical quality of images and prepare for radiologist interpretation
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment, stock supplies, and report malfunctions
