Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks an Assistant/Associate Professor in Breast Surgery for a full-time Clinician-Educator role in Chicago. The position includes surgical services at Northwestern Medicine's downtown location and active involvement in training medical students, residents, and breast surgery fellows.
The candidate will participate in pre- and post-operative care, breast oncology services, daily consults, and referrals, with opportunities for leadership
Competenze
- ACGME-accredited fellowship completed.
- Board-eligible or board-certified in breast surgery.
- Experience with academic programs and clinical trials is advantageous.
Mansioni
- Provide surgical services at Northwestern Medicine's downtown Chicago location.
- Train medical students, residents, and breast surgery fellows.
- Take breast call, round and care for pre-op and post-op patients with the clinical team.
- Respond to daily local consultation requests and referrals and contribute to program development.
