Job summary

UCHealth Medical Group in Northern Colorado seeks a board-eligible or board-certified general surgeon with breast fellowship training to join a six-surgeon breast team. Ideal candidates will commit to full-time clinical practice and participate in leadership and program development for a growing breast surgery program.

The role includes in-clinic ultrasound, minimally invasive procedures, a 1:7 call schedule, and Epic EMR across the system.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified general surgeon with breast fellowship training.
• Commitment to full-time clinical practice.
• Interest in leadership and breast surgery program development (NAPBC prep).

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team of six surgeons as dedicated breast surgeon.
• Contribute to a robust general surgery environment with a strong team-based culture.
• Lead breast surgery program development in preparation for NAPBC accreditation.
• In-office ultrasound and minimally invasive capabilities are available.
• 1:7 call coverage including community hospital and after-hours calls.
• Epic EMR is used system-wide.
