Watson Clinic invites a fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join the Cancer & Research Center in Lakeland, FL. This physician-owned, multi-specialty group offers comprehensive support and in-house services so you can focus on patient care.

The role features a 100% breast surgery practice within a broad referral network, a multidisciplinary tumor board, and a rewarding compensation structure with no startup costs.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon (BE/BC) is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in breast surgery with emphasis on biopsy and tumor boards.
• Ability to collaborate within a large physician-owned group and referral network.

Responsibilities

• Perform 100% breast surgery with no General Surgery call.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast cancer tumor board.
• Perform US-guided and stereotactic breast biopsies.
• Coordinate patient care with dedicated breast cancer navigators.
• Collaborate in a large physician-owned group across 20 locations.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for continuity of care across services.
• Support built-in referral network and diagnostic services.
• Benefit from a compensation structure with no start-up costs.
