This position offers a unique opportunity to combine academic practice with high-quality community-based cancer care across a network of well-established practices.**About the Role:**Join a vibrant and growing Division of Hematology/Oncology, which includes:* 28 Board-Certified Physicians and 33 Advanced Practice Providers* An integrated, multidisciplinary Cancer Center of Excellence focused on clinical care and innovation* Access to state-of-the-art clinical and research facilities* Affiliation with the UMass Chan Medical School, a nationally ranked academic institution* This role offers a dynamic mix of clinical care, teaching, research, and leadership opportunities with a clinical focus on Breast oncology.**Key Highlights:*** **Primary clinical focus:** Breast oncology across inpatient and outpatient settings* **Electronic Medical Record:** EPIC* **Subspecialty Focus**: We are currently recruiting physicians with subspecialty expertise in Breast cancer* **Multisite Practice:** Deliver care at our University Campus in Worcester, with opportunities to practice at our regional cancer center in Fitchburg* **Collaborative Multidisciplinary Care:** Work alongside expert teams in hematology, oncology, pathology, radiology, and surgical subspecialties to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.* **Academic and Teaching Opportunities:** Participate in fellowship education, student and resident teaching, and conferences.
