Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute invites applications for a Breast Medical Oncologist opportunity at Hartford Hospital. We are expanding our breast service and seek a subspecialized clinician to join four breast medical oncologists and collaborate with surgeons, pathologists, radiologists and genetic counselors.

This role offers teaching, clinical trials participation and opportunities to contribute to survivorship and high risk breast programs within a respected academic-community health

Qualifications

Experience practicing within a multidisciplinary team model of care for breast patients.
Academic accomplishment in clinical trials or quality improvement is highly desirable.
Board Certified Hematology & Oncology
Board Certified Internal Medicine
Eligible for licensure in the State of Connecticut

Responsibilities

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team caring for breast cancer patients.
Participate in teaching, clinical research, and quality/outcomes research.
Engage with weekly Breast Tumor Board and multidisciplinary management.
Participate in academic-community healthcare system development and trials.
