Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center is seeking a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with RVT to provide diagnostic ultrasound services across abdomen, obstetrics, gynecology, and vascular procedures.

The role requires graduation from an approved Diagnostic Ultrasound Program, BLS certification, and RDMS certification within 1 year of hire, with about 1 year of experience preferred. Hours are 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, in a PRN shift setting within the radiology team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Diagnostic Ultrasound Program.
• Demonstrate clinical competency in abdomen, obstetric, gynecologic, or vascular procedures.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• RDMS — Abdomen or OB/GYN, must have certification within 1 year from hire date.
• Work Experience: 1 year experience preferred.
