Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist I to perform breast imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist. The role is based at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, with a Monday–Friday shift and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality imaging, ensuring patient comfort using AIDET, and maintaining safety and record-keeping standards in a supportive radiology team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited program.
• ARRT-M Mammography certification is required.
• Commitment to safety and infection-control policies.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality Breast Imaging procedures according to exam protocol.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET and assess service needs.
• Position the patient and adjust equipment to set exposure factors.
• Maintain safety, infection-control, and radiation policies.
• Maintain equipment and area to quality standards.
• Obtain and verify patient documentation and records.
• Maintain imaging records per department policy.
