Job summary

Lee Health is seeking Mammography Technologists to perform screening and diagnostic breast imaging, including mammography and ultrasound, with opportunities for specialization and growth within a supportive team.

Requirements include a hospital-based radiologic technology program (or associate degree), Florida license or eligibility, ARRT registration, and completion of MQSA training. Multiple shifts and incentives are available in Cape Coral/Fort Myers area.

Qualifications

Two years of formal education in a hospital-based program or associate's degree in radiologic technology required.
Florida Radiologic Technology License: Required or eligible to obtain.
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Registered: Required or eligible to obtain; must complete mammography ARRT board certification within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

Performs screening and diagnostic breast imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, and specialized procedures.
Assists in biopsies, ensures MQSA compliance, and supports patient care, training, and quality improvement.
