Qualifications

• Up to 5 years experience as a Mammography Technologist.
• Associates degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• ARRT registration in Radiography; Mammo advanced registration required within hire.
• Must meet state licensure requirements where practiced.

Responsibilities

• Perform breast imaging procedures and related techniques for interpretation.
• Ensure services follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide education to patients and healthcare staff.
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure.
• Maintain QA activities and accurate documentation in medical records.
• Assist when needed and participate in staff meetings and center duties.
