Qualifications

• Graduate from a Radiologic Technology program.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient information, ensure proper preparation, and document clinical history with confidentiality.
• Use imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and prioritize patient safety.
• Prepare and administer medications or contrast agents as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality and positioning; ensure data is archived or transferred correctly.
• Educate and supervise students and healthcare team.
• Perform breast ultrasound and mammographic procedures per orders.
• Assist with clinical breast examinations and imaging of breast specimens.
• Participate in quality improvement and demonstrate proficiency in duties.
