The role requires ARRT registry, WA licensure, BLS, and ARRT Mammography certification within 1 year. Depending on location, general radiography may be used to support diagnostic exams.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program meeting ARRT registry requirements.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• AHA BLS certification upon hire.
• ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography upon hire.
• Within 1 year of hire: ARRT Mammography certification.
• Prior general radiography experience may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiological procedures specific to breast disease in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Produce high-quality radiographic images while delivering compassionate patient care.
• Conduct required MQSA and FDA quality control activities.
• May perform diagnostic radiology exams depending on location.
