Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• OBMI Radiologic Technologist License required in Oregon.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• ARRT-M certification required in OR; preferred in CA/HI.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Completes patient education regarding the exam while promoting privacy and comfort for the patient.
• Performs diagnostic or screening mammograms and assists Radiologist in intricate examinations.
• Prepares for and documents high-quality mammography procedures and biopsies as needed.
• Obtains patient information and relays preparation instructions to care areas.
• Elevates questions or issues to senior staff when direction is needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology

OBMI Radiologic Technologist License (OR required)

ARRT-R

ARRT-M (in OR; preferred in CA/HI)
