Job summary

Pacific Medical Centers in Everett, WA, seeks a Mammography Technologist for diagnostic radiology in a high-volume outpatient setting. This screening-only Mammography Tech role focuses on producing high-quality images while providing compassionate patient care and adhering to MQSA and FDA requirements.

The ideal candidate has ARRT registry, WA state licensure, BLS, and mammography experience; general radiography skills may be used as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT registry eligible or certified radiologic technologist upon hire.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Radiography upon hire.
• National Registered Technologist - Mammography within 1 year of hire.
• Prior general radiography experience may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality radiographic images for breast diagnostics.
• Perform MQSA and FDA mandated quality control activities.
• Interact with patients in a caring, comforting manner during exams.
• May utilize general radiography skills for diagnostic exams as needed.
