Job summary

The Department of Radiology at the University of Washington in Seattle invites applications for a full-time Breast Imaging faculty position at the level of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (WOT) without tenure.

The successful candidate will contribute to clinical care, teaching, and research across UW Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, with anticipated start July 1, 2027, and salary bands commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• MD or foreign equivalent in medicine.
• Completion of a Breast Imaging Fellowship in an accredited program.
• American Board of Radiology certification.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Washington State.
• Excellence in academic achievement demonstrated by presentations and publications.

Responsibilities

• Clinical coverage of the breast imaging service.
• Teaching medical students, radiology residents, and fellows.
• Pursuit of scholarly activities in clinical, research, and education domains.
• Collaborate with UW Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center sites.
