AOIA, a long-standing 100% physician-owned group of 40+ radiologists, seeks a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their team and work 4 days per week (3 clinic days on-site and 1 remote diagnostic day). The role is 75% breast-focused with strong income potential.

Base salary is $450K plus $100K in call pay ($550K guarantee). Partnership is available after 1 year, with 8 weeks PTO and a full benefits plan. Expected total income exceeds $800K+ as a Partner, with potential for higher earnings.
