Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina Health System invites a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join a community-based, full-time practice in the Pee Dee region (Florence, Marion, Black River). The role combines a strong mix of screening and diagnostic mammography with access to tomosynthesis and advanced biopsy techniques.

candidates should be BC/BE in Radiology, MQSA certified, and have completed a Breast Imaging fellowship.

Qualifications

• Breast imaging expertise including screening and diagnostic mammography.
• Experience with MRI, biopsies, and localization procedures.
• MQSA certification and completed Breast Imaging fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time breast imaging coverage in the Pee Dee region.
• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography and tomosynthesis.
• Conduct image-guided biopsies (ultrasound, MRI, stereotactic, localization).
• Collaborate with breast sub-specialists and tumor boards.
• Utilize Epic/EHR tools and maintain high-quality patient care.
