Job summary

The University of Chicago's Department of Radiology seeks full-time breast imaging radiologists at any rank on the School of Medicine track. Remote clinical days are available weekly, with scheduling designed for work-life balance and academic productivity.

Responsibilities include the full spectrum of breast imaging and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and contributing to scholarly activity are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Medical doctorate or equivalent.
• Illinois and Indiana medical licensure or eligibility.
• ABR board certification or board eligibility in Radiology.
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of breast imaging including mammography, tomosynthesis, ultrasound, MRI, and image-guided procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, pathologists, technologists, nurses, and referring clinicians in multidisciplinary breast care.
• Teach and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows; participate in conferences and scholarly activity.
