Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Board Certified, Fellowship Trained Breast Imaging Radiologist to join the Department of Radiology. The Breast Imager will support the outpatient practice in Wayne, as well as Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains.

Ideal candidate will interpret DBT, breast US and MRI and perform breast biopsies with US, stereotactic and MR guidance, plus wire localizations. Salary ranges from $550,000 to $650,000 base pay with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or related field.
• State medical license and board certification to practice medicine.
• Residency and internship completed.
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interpreting digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT).
• Conducting breast ultrasound (US) and MRI.
• Performing breast biopsies with US, stereotactic and MR guidance.
• Mammographic and US guided wire localizations.
• Teaching and participating in research and radiology forums/conferences.
