Join Radiology Partners in this role where you will manage scheduling and coordination of breast imaging and biopsy procedures, ensuring timely follow‑up care for patients. This position involves effective communication with patients, radiologists, technologists, nurses, and physicians to facilitate a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience. You will maintain accurate patient records, process medical releases, and ensure all documentation is correctly entered into the Radiology Information System.

Desired Professional Skills and Experience:

• Coordinate and schedule breast care appointments while maintaining timely communication with patients and referring offices; build strong relationships with radiologists, technologists, and staff.
• Manage patient documentation including processing medical release forms, obtaining prior imaging, reviewing radiology reports for care accuracy, and uploading records into RIS.
• Coordinate with referring offices and labs to ensure timely delivery of pathology and surgical reports.
• Assist with breast follow‑up module.
• Optimize breast imaging schedule to increase patient volume.

Desired Education / Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Breast imaging experience preferred.
• 1‑2 years of medical experience.
