Qualifications

• Breast imaging fellowship-trained or extensive breast imaging experience.
• ABR/AOBR board-certified or board-eligible in diagnostic radiology.
• Experience in high-volume clinical environments within an integrated health system.
• Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound and interventions.
• Proficiency with PACS, PowerScribe, MagView and radiology IT platforms.
• Collaborates effectively with referring clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging and breast interventions as part of the radiology team.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support patient-centered care and accurate reporting.
• Maintain MQSA compliance and uphold safety and quality standards.

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking BC/BE Breast Imaging/Mammography Radiologists to support clinical services at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT and at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford Springs, CT.

Preferred Experience:

• Breast imaging fellowship-trained or extensively experienced board-certified radiologist.
• Experience in high-volume clinical environments within an integrated health system.
• Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound and breast interventions.
• Proficiency with PACS, PowerScribe, MagView and current radiology IT platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with referring clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and patient-centered care.

Certification and Licensure:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
• Fellowship training in breast imaging or proven track record of experience.
• Compliance with Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) federal requirements.
• Valid medical license (or eligibility) in Connecticut.
• Maintains credentialing in accordance with medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS optional depending on subspecialty).
