Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center's Department of Breast Imaging invites applications for a full-time, clinical faculty appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, onsite in Houston, TX.

The successful candidate will join a 33-radiologist section providing multimodality breast imaging including mammography, MRI, ultrasound and biopsy procedures, with opportunities in education and scholarly work.

Qualifications

• Medical degree required from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligible by the ABR in Radiology.
• Texas medical license or eligibility required.
• BLS or ACLS certification required.
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging desired/relevant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic imaging services for breast care.
• Provide multimodality imaging (mammography, MRI, ultrasound) and biopsy guidance.
• Educate medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Develop scholarly projects and contribute to academic programs.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration in clinical care, research and education.
