MODESTO RADIOLOGY IMAGING (07996) in Modesto, CA is seeking a Mammography Technologist Supervisor to oversee the Breast Health Center, manage staff, ensure patient flow and quality of examinations, and maintain MQSA/ACR documentation.

Under radiologist supervision, you will perform mammography, train staff, schedule personnel, uphold safety standards, and coordinate equipment maintenance to support superb patient care.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the overall function of the Breast Health Center, including patient flow and satisfaction
• Fulfills responsibilities of a Mammography Technologist as a working supervisor
• Schedules personnel to provide staffing in the Breast Health Center
• Follows safety standards and ALARA program
• Ensures quality of images and proper release of patients after examination
• Trains staff in mammography equipment operation and quality assurance
• Maintains MQSA/ACR records and testing in accordance with guidelines
• Maintains equipment maintenance logs and supplies
• Maintains patient confidentiality and compliant documentation
