Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a hospitality-focused breakfast attendant to greet guests, set up the breakfast bar, and maintain daily food service operations at our hotel location. You will ensure guests are comfortable, handle requests, and uphold brand standards during breakfast hours.

The role requires assisting with inventory, restocking, and coordinating with teammates to keep the breakfast area clean and inviting, while following safety guidelines and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach all areas of the hotel to assist guests.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of heavy items.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays and all shifts, as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to handle special requests and provide personalized service.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar as required by brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day.
• Order supplies to ensure that breakfast is fully stocked each day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices from concentrates.
• Stock coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers.
• Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other products.
• Set out and arrange both cold and hot food items.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Follow menu requirements as provided by the brand.
• Wipe up spills.
• Restock items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day.
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage.
• Return reusable food supplies to storage.
• Keep breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors.
• Provides assistance to other team members and departments.
• Ensures safety by following security procedures.
• Responsible for understanding and adhering to guidelines set forth in the team member handbook.
