Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle complaints per customer service standards.
• Supervise setup and maintenance of dining areas, cashier stations, and food stations to meet quality standards.
• Assist in recruiting, scheduling, disciplining, and directing staff under the Manager.
• Train hourly staff for peak performance and monitor development.
• Maintain a safe facility environment including equipment, food handling, cleanliness and hygiene.
