Aloft Atlanta Downtown is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, maintain a clean breakfast area, and ensure a smooth start to each guest's day. The role supports the hotel’s cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and teamwork standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Handle pace and pressure in high-demand situations.
• Listening, conflict resolution skills for co-workers and guests.
• Clear communication and courteous interaction with guests.
• Hospitality and guest service mindset.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clock-in/out on time; work within scheduled hours; no off-the-clock work.
• Clock in/out for breaks and manage call-outs properly.

Responsibilities

• Breakfast room tables cleared and sanitized after each guest departure.
• Breakfast buffet area set each morning per hotel/brand directives.
• The kitchen cleaned daily according to checklist after breakfast period.
• Follow local health codes for food safety per breakfast standards.
• Buffet area kept stocked and clean until end of breakfast period.
