Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages accurately and courteously.
• Handle opening, mid-shift, and closing side work.
• Suggest and upsell beverage, cocktail, and food items.
• Ring up orders and process bills using the Restaurant Manager POS System.
• Follow state laws and company policies for beverage service.
• Maintain knowledge of property, facilities, and local information to answer guest questions.
• Assist with clearing and setting tables to provide prompt turnaround.
