Qualifications

• Ability to upsell and suggest menu items.
• Knowledge of menu prices, daily specials, and preparation methods.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Prepare restaurant tables with attention to sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant and present menus.
• Verify guests' identification to ensure age requirements for alcohol.
• Keep tables clean and tidy; deliver checks and collect payments.
• Cooperate with serving and kitchen staff and adhere to health regulations.
