Job summary

The Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a friendly Outlet Attendant to assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and delivering guest stellar service.

You will quickly clear tables, reset settings, stock stations, and transport dirty ware; the role requires lifting up to 50 lb and occasionally pushing up to 150 lb; strong communication with guests and team is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing up to 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adapt to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.
• Clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for reset.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations with necessary equipment.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for cleaning.
