Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Framingham, MA is hiring Team Members for opening shifts starting at 5:30am, with both part-time and full-time opportunities for breakfast and lunch. You will be cross-trained across several stations and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience with a friendly, people-focused team.

Team Members are expected to maintain a positive attitude, provide outstanding customer service, and work well both independently and with others.

Qualifications

Consistency and reliability are required.
Cheerful, positive attitude with guest focus.
Customer service oriented and able to assist others.
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift 5–50 lbs.

Cross training in Drive Through, Dining Room, Bagging, Cashier, Shakes, Sauce, Drinks and more.
Smile and create eye contact with guests.
Speak enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests.
Support the restaurant vision and values with teamwork.
Multitask quickly, stay organized, and be dependable.
