Holiday Inn Express Lewiston, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Breakfast Host to join our team. This role covers setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast buffet, ensuring the dining area is clean, stocked, and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel/restaurant hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to obtain required permits/certificates.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and stocked during service.
• Assist with inventory management and minimize waste.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation standards.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere reflecting the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
